Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree, or be graduating soon, in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
Comfort with Excel and common productivity tools.
Interest in process improvement, quality, equipment, or operations, and willingness to learn on the job.
Ability to follow technical instructions, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Understand device behavior and functionality to efficiently deliver debugging or test solutions.
Support and deliver test improvements, including test cost reduction, test coverage improvement, test integral yield improvement, test flexibility improvement, test platform transfer, and test efficiency improvement.
Support debugging and root-cause analysis for customer returns on ATE and production issues.

Desired Qualifications

Internship, lab, workshop, or project experience in manufacturing, testing, maintenance, or process improvement.
Exposure to lab, quality, or production systems.
