We are looking for highly motivated students to join our team as Application Engineering Co-ops from May - December 2026 in Wisconsin.

What You'll be doing:
Perform market and competitor research to support product health analysis and new product definition
Assist with the design, documentation, and testing of product selection software used by customers and internal teams
Analyze customer needs and translate customer value points into software logic, tools, and documentation
Support development of training, educational, and marketing materials that communicate product features and benefits
Partner with application engineers, product management, and marketing teams to ensure a competitive and customer-focused product offerings
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, while contributing to cross-functional discussions around product strategy, performance, and continuous improvement.
What You Should Have:
Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering etc. or similar degree with technical aptitude)
On track to graduate in the next 2 years or less
Interest in hands-on learning
Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Strong verbal communication skills, confident delivery, and the capacity to engage with diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support customer-focused solutions

Compensation and Benefits:
Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $23/hour - $27/hour and may vary based type of position and school seniority.
