About the company

Builders Network is a nonprofit global initiative that counters toxic polarization by equipping people with skills for constructive dialogue, collaboration, and problem-solving. It operates through media content (such as Un/Divided and The Tennessee 11), educational resources (the Builders Toolkit with the Polarization Detox Challenge and Builders Crash Course), and real-world programs like Citizen Solutions that convene opposing voices to craft common-ground policies. It differentiates itself by leveraging a global network of 300+ Movement Partners, combining media literacy, dialogue training, and policy impact, rather than focusing on a single program. Its goal is to replace us-vs-them thinking with curiosity, compassion, courage, and creativity, enabling citizens to address societal problems together.

What believers are saying

  • June 30, 2026 launched Builders BBQ Challenge, expanding community engagement beyond politics.
  • February 19, 2026 Wisconsin moms victory shows the model can produce tangible policy wins.
  • The Builders Movement website now claims 4 million followers, giving unusually large top-of-funnel reach.

What critics are saying

  • Citizen Solutions depends on fragile bipartisan goodwill; one viral conflict can derail state pilots.
  • Builders Bloc's 2027 Texas push invites partisan retaliation and donor scrutiny over 501(c)(4) politics.
  • The mission lacks a durable revenue engine; without scale, Builders becomes a niche media nonprofit.

What makes Builders Network unique

  • Builders Movement pairs media, civic training, and policy advocacy across 300+ partners.
  • Builders Bloc, launched February 2026, turns dialogue into direct legislative pressure in Texas.
  • Daniel Lubetzky's founder credibility and cross-partisan brand differentiate it from typical advocacy nonprofits.
