Requirements
  • Five or more years of enterprise architecture experience are required by the PWS.
  • Direct experience supporting FCC IT programs and operations is required.
  • Experience in FCC IT environments within the last five years is required.
  • Experience supporting federal enterprise architecture programs, architecture repositories, enterprise architecture modeling, architecture governance, maturity assessments, and IT portfolio planning.
  • Strong knowledge of the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework, cloud architecture, business architecture, data and information architecture, application architecture, infrastructure architecture, and performance architecture.
  • Experience facilitating architecture decisions with chief information officers, deputy chief information officers, IT leadership, business owners, project teams, and technical implementation teams.
Responsibilities
  • Lead FCC enterprise architecture strategy, planning, governance, compliance, and maturity improvement using the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework and recognized federal architecture standards.
  • Assess FCC enterprise architecture maturity using the PWS-identified maturity model or an approved industry model, then develop and support implementation of maturity improvement plans.
  • Develop, enhance, model, manage, and publish FCC as-is and to-be architectures across technology, application, business, data and information, and performance domains.
  • Perform architecture gap analyses and recommend prioritized transition plans based on strategic plans, business priorities, legislative deadlines, technical dependencies, and stakeholder validation.
  • Advance the FCC enterprise architecture repository, enterprise architecture model, architecture standards, business architecture, business capability management, application portfolio management, IT asset management, and IT portfolio planning activities.
  • Advise FCC senior leadership and technical stakeholders on enterprise modernization, standardization, operational risk reduction, and IT-business alignment.
Desired Qualifications
  • FEAF Certified Enterprise Architect Black Belt or equivalent is strongly preferred.

Reston, VA - October 21, 2025 - TechSur Solutions proudly announces the appointment of Sridhar Kesiraju as Vice President of Digital Solutions. With more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership, Sridhar brings a proven record of modernizing federal systems, pioneering transparency initiatives, and leading early adoption of AI tools across government. Before joining TechSur, Sridhar served as Acting Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), where he led several transformational IT initiatives.
