Mia Labs raises $20M Series A as AI platform powers 350+ dealerships, enables $45M in revenue

Mia Labs, an AI-powered conversational platform for automotive dealerships, has raised $20 million in a Series A round led by Permanent Capital Ventures, bringing total funding to $29 million. Norwest participated alongside earlier investors including Eniac Ventures and Vine Ventures, plus strategic automotive investors. The Austin-based company, founded in 2023, now serves over 350 franchise dealerships nationwide. In 2025, Mia powered over 1 million customer conversations, booked more than 130,000 appointments, and enabled over $45 million in dealership revenue whilst saving over 1.5 million human hours. Mia's platform replaces fragmented dealership communication tools with a single AI system operating across departments and channels. The company plans to use the funding to accelerate product innovation and team growth.
