About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years in go-to-market engineering, revenue operations, growth, or marketing operations, including experience owning a function rather than only a slice of one.
  • Ability to identify problems independently, decide which are worth solving, and drive solutions to completion.
  • Experience shipping artificial-intelligence-driven workflows to real customers, with the ability to explain evaluations, guardrails, and the human-review step before output is sent.
  • Experience with customer relationship management architecture using Salesforce or HubSpot, plus modern enrichment and orchestration tooling such as Clay, n8n, Make, or equivalent.
  • Commercial instinct and a track record of shipping work with teams the candidate does not manage.
Responsibilities
  • Build systems from the ground up to support the go-to-market motion and decide what to build first.
  • Create a single source of truth for addressable restaurants in US and UK markets, automatically assign them to territories, enrich records, and score accounts on fit and intent.
  • Build an artificial-intelligence-native outbound engine that converts cold restaurants into booked conversations at high volume.
  • Build infrastructure for outbound volume, including domain strategy, inbox rotation, warmup, and sender reputation.
  • Improve inbound speed to lead, routing, and attribution in partnership with Marketing.
  • Automate repetitive sales work, including list building, account research, call preparation, follow-up, routing, and data entry.
  • Give sales representatives prioritized, signal-ranked queues instead of a blank search bar.
  • Improve onboarding, support workflows, and account health scoring for Customer Experience.
  • Orchestrate handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience so work and information are not rekeyed, re-researched, or dropped.
  • Automate effective processes that are still manual without breaking existing workflows.
  • Own the architecture connecting go-to-market tools and the quality of the data in them.
  • Own built systems end to end, including monitoring, error handling, and guardrails for artificial-intelligence-generated content reaching restaurants.
  • Assess the existing technology stack and market tools, and make recommendations about what to adopt, replace, or retire.
  • Set the roadmap and establish a clear, defensible priority for what gets built first.
  • Measure impact through repetitive hours removed across Sales and Customer Experience, territory coverage and data accuracy, booked conversations generated, and speed to lead.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with high-velocity, low-average-contract-value motions, including sales cycles under 30 days and thousands of accounts per market.
  • Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality software as a service, or vertical software as a service.
  • Strong Structured Query Language skills and working Python skills or equivalent, including the ability to connect two systems without a native integration.
  • Experience with local business or multi-location data.
  • Experience building without a large team in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Ideally located in Atlanta.
