Requirements
  • Experience with platform migrations, system integrations, or Software as a Service implementations.
  • Proficiency with Quality Assurance tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, and RestAssured, with a working understanding of test automation concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors or external implementation partners.
  • Experience applying generative artificial intelligence tools and artificial-intelligence-assisted workflows within Quality Engineering or Software Development Life Cycle processes.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Quality Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Quality Assurance Program Coordination.
  • Proven, hands-on experience supporting Quality Assurance, testing, or release management for complex software programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to define test plans, test scope, and acceptance criteria for migration features and integrations.
  • Coordinate and track functional, integration, regression, and business testing across teams, ensuring test environments, data, and test cases are prepared and validated ahead of each testing cycle.
  • Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Contact Center Operations, Infrastructure, Security, Site Reliability Engineering, Architects, Platform Teams, DevOps, and vendors.
  • Identify and track dependencies, risks, and blockers, and escalate proactively with clear context and mitigation options.
  • Align Quality Assurance timelines with release plans, pilots, and phased rollouts.
  • Facilitate defect triage, track resolution progress, and ensure closure prior to release milestones.
  • Maintain clear visibility into Quality Assurance readiness, test coverage, and open risks.
  • Support go/no-go decisions with structured and well-documented readiness assessments.
  • Deliver regular, concise status updates to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Translate Quality Assurance risks and findings into business impact and customer experience implications.
  • Serve as the coordination point between internal teams and external vendors throughout testing cycles.
  • Continuously improve Quality Assurance processes, templates, and reporting practices across the program.
  • Drive adoption of test automation and structured release governance where applicable.
  • Use generative artificial intelligence tools to auto-generate test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria from product requirements, design specifications, and user stories.
  • Use generative artificial intelligence to perform gap analysis on existing test coverage by analyzing requirements documents and surfacing untested scenarios.
  • Automate the generation of status reports and dashboards using structured test-run data and defect metrics with generative artificial intelligence.
  • Apply generative artificial intelligence tools to triage and classify incoming defects by severity, component, or feature area.
  • Use generative artificial intelligence to analyze retrospective data and surface recurring process bottlenecks or quality escapes across sprints and releases.
  • Apply generative artificial intelligence to benchmark Quality Assurance process maturity against industry best practices.
  • Use generative artificial intelligence to help design and refine Quality Assurance workflows, checklist templates, and team onboarding guides.
  • Evaluate and champion generative-artificial-intelligence-assisted test automation tools that generate and maintain automated test scripts from natural-language descriptions.

Apple has disclosed its profits and tax payments across individual EU countries for the first time under new transparency rules. The tech giant reported $17.1 billion in income tax paid in Ireland for the financial year ending September 2025, reflecting funds released from an escrow account following a European Court of Justice ruling. In September 2024, Apple lost a legal battle with the European Commission over Irish tax advantages, resulting in a €13 billion ($15.2 billion) back taxes order plus interest. In Germany, Apple recorded pre-tax profit of around $209 million and paid $153.5 million in income tax. Its German operations generated $2.72 billion in revenue and employed 4,089 people. Under EU rules, multinational companies with global annual revenue exceeding €750 million must publicly disclose income tax information for individual countries.

Meta releases open-source AI models while Apple tests Chinese memory chips to tackle supply crunch

Apple books $6M profit per Irish employee vs. $51K in Germany

Apple paid Ireland $17 billion in taxes last year, representing 40% of its $43 billion worldwide corporate income tax bill, according to the Financial Times. Apple lays off 60 Vision Pro staff, shifts focus to smart glasses as Ternus prepares for CEO role
