About the job
- Five years of experience managing a service-oriented, multi-location organization or mobile team; dealership, rental, auction, or automotive experience is preferred.
- Profitable management of a profit-and-loss operation with at least $1.5 million in annual revenue.
- Experience managing other leaders and staffs of 20 or more.
- Ability to travel overnight approximately 10–20%.

- Ensure technicians have the skills, resources, equipment, and information needed to deliver high-quality repairs and customer service.
- Communicate critical information, expectations, and company news to keep the team informed and up to date.
- Onboard new employees and educate them on their roles, expectations, processes, and policies.
- Support direct reports and managers in optimizing production and day-to-day operations.
- Work with the District Manager and/or District Sales Manager to develop and execute a revenue-growth plan for selling additional services to existing customers.
- Partner with the District Manager and District Sales Manager to sell to new customers and maximize existing business opportunities.
- Build and solidify relationships with key customers and network to initiate relationships with prospective customers.
- Drive results through strategic selling skills and negotiation abilities that create mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the company.
