Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver client work across the portfolio, working directly with associates to ensure quality, coordinate priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Lead and develop associates by setting clear expectations, balancing workloads, and building their skills and autonomy through ongoing coaching and resources.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, providing context and solutions to leadership when needed, and lead mitigation and resolution of issues identified within the team.
  • Document and refine emerging practices, turning lessons learned into repeatable processes that can scale.
  • Test, learn, and share insights to improve the pilot and inform broader adoption.
  • Maintain a stable client portfolio with high retention, satisfied clients, and minimal escalations.
  • Keep work balanced and document and share new practices to inform how future teams are structured and scaled.
  • Provide leadership with proactive, solution-oriented updates that clarify escalations and frame them with at least one proposed solution.
  • Protect associates from excess noise while bridging strategy and execution.
