About the job
- A completed commercial vocational qualification, for example in office management, insurance and financial investments, or banking.
- Prior experience in a secretarial, assistant, or office-organization role.
- Ability to prioritize, work carefully, and support people in a sales environment.
- Confidence preparing analyses and handling sales metrics, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Clear, polished communication; a friendly and dependable manner; and responsible handling of confidential data.
- Handle day-to-day office organization, including filing, reporting, and follow-up reminders, and provide organizational support to leaders.
- Coordinate appointments and manage rooms, catering, telephone communications, correspondence, and incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare sales figures, produce analyses, and support reporting, lists, personnel balances, and cost overviews.
- Process business travel, travel expenses, personal reimbursements, orders, vacation requests, and other administrative procedures accurately and on time.
- Organize conferences, incentive events, outings, and other events from preparation through execution, follow-up, and expense settlement.
- Prepare and edit presentations, speeches, and documents for meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Maintain distribution lists, Teams member lists, organizational charts, and bank lists; provide cover in the assistant team and handle special tasks within the role's area of responsibility.
- Experience in insurance, banking, or the cooperative financial network is advantageous but not required.
