What believers are saying

  • MFSA signed a new contract on 2026-05-08, expanding international credibility.
  • Private-sector projects surged 119.6% in H1 2026, broadening revenue beyond municipalities.
  • Net profit reached €2.41 million in H1 2026, giving room for reinvestment.

What critics are saying

  • DOTSOFT still leans on public tenders, including Neapoli-Sykies €644K and EKETA €171K.
  • Big-project concentration exposes 2026-2027 revenue to one delayed municipality rollout.
  • If Malta and Greek contract wins slow, DECA’s expansion thesis loses financing momentum.

What makes DOTSOFT unique

  • SmartisCity combines IoT, cloud, and analytics for municipal operations, not generic software.
  • DECA bought 40% on 2026-06-26, validating DOTSOFT’s profitable scaling story.

DECA Investments acquires 40% stake in Athens-listed smart city tech firm Dotsoft

DECA Investments has completed its sixth investment under the Diorama Investments II fund, acquiring a 40% stake in Dotsoft Integrated Technology Solutions, a publicly listed Greek IT company. Founder and CEO Manos Anastasiou will retain significant ownership and continue leading operations. Dotsoft, listed on the Athens Stock Exchange Alternative Market, specialises in smart city solutions, custom software development and digital transformation services. The company's flagship SmartisCity platform uses IoT, cloud infrastructure and data analytics to enable municipalities to monitor city operations in real time and optimise public services. The partnership aims to accelerate Dotsoft's expansion into new markets whilst strengthening its international presence and private-sector client base. Diorama II, established in Luxembourg in 2022, targets profitable, high-growth mid-sized Greek companies with strong scaling potential.
