Requirements

At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Deliver guest service consistent with the Triple T Hospitality Experience.
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe specifications.
Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails.
Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with the legal drinking age.
Engage with guests and take orders efficiently.
Serve food and drinks accurately.
Provide menu recommendations and detailed item descriptions.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies.
Work effectively and respectfully within a collaborative team environment.
Remain composed while multitasking during high-volume shifts.
Attend training sessions before active floor shifts.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, and twisting.
Be able to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed.
Have reliable transportation.
Be willing to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
