About the Company

Verkor

Manufactures low-carbon electric vehicle batteries

Verkor designs and manufactures high-performance electric vehicle batteries with a focus on low-carbon production in Europe. The company has a multi-year partnership with Renault Group to supply 12 GWh of batteries per year produced at its Dunkerque Gigafactory, to be used in Renault’s higher-end models such as Alpine’s upcoming C-Crossover GT 100% electric. Verkor’s product is built through a battery supply chain that combines advanced cell technology with a sustainable manufacturing process to minimize carbon footprint. This makes Verkor different from competitors by combining European-based, scalable production with a strong commitment to low-carbon energy and ongoing collaboration with a major automaker, as well as involvement in programs like the French Tech Next 40 to support growth. The company aims to help meet the growing demand for electric vehicles by providing reliable, high-performance, low-carbon batteries that enable sustainable mobility across Europe.
