About the job
- A sound vocational qualification in massage or cosmetics, or several years of professional experience as a career changer.
- Experience in the premium hospitality, spa, or cosmetics sector and familiarity with a fast-paced daily operation.
- Strong organizational, communication, service-orientation, and execution skills.
- Confident use of common Office 365 products, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proficient use of artificial-intelligence tools to support analyses, processes, and data-based decisions.
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English.
- Adaptability, willingness to learn, and an affinity for premium wellness and lifestyle products.
- Support the studio manager and take responsibility for the team and operational processes needed to maintain the studio space.
- Perform high-quality wellness massages as part of daily operations.
- Monitor daily operations, including booking processes for private and corporate customers, in close cooperation with the studio manager.
- Introduce and monitor safety, hygiene, and quality standards and maintain the studio equipment.
- Ensure service commitments are fulfilled and service targets are achieved.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and employees and organize responses to their questions.
- Optimize processes and take responsibility for leading, training, and developing the team.
- Create duty rosters and ensure efficient workforce planning according to operational requirements.
- Leadership experience is advantageous.
