Hold a Juris Doctor degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
Hold state bar certification in Texas.
Have 2–5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Have organizational and planning skills, including the ability to structure tasks and manage time.
Responsibilities
Develop clients’ stories and work on cases while protecting clients from being taken advantage of by insurance companies.
Deliver strong job performance and provide service that prompts positive client feedback and referrals.
Manage caseloads proactively and provide exemplary customer service to clients.
Use strategic insights to help drive the business forward.
Lead, manage, and hold a pod accountable by developing and implementing strategies that foster productive relationships with the support team and align with company goals and objectives.
Advocate assertively on behalf of clients.

Discover & Develop Client’s Story: Work on great cases for exceptional clients. Keep them from getting taken advantage of by insurance companies.

Efficient Caseload Management: Be proactive, not reactive, providing exemplary customer service to your clients. Your strategic insights will be critical in driving our business forward.

What We’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
State bar certification in Texas
2-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience

Multitasking – the ideal candidate should excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be adept at prioritizing and managing various responsibilities efficiently.

$100K - $200K base salary per year based on experience and potential.
