Cricut secures $300M BMO credit facility, replacing JPMorgan agreement

Cricut has secured a $300 million senior secured revolving credit facility with BMO Bank, the company said in a Form 8-K filing on October 27, 2026. The five-year facility, signed on October 22, matures on October 22, 2031. The facility will fund working capital and general corporate purposes, including acquisitions and share repurchases. It includes a $35 million letter-of-credit sublimit and a $30 million foreign-currency sublimit. Cricut ended its credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, dated August 4, 2022, on the same day. No principal was outstanding, and the company incurred no significant early termination fees. Borrowings carry interest at Adjusted Term SOFR plus 1.125% to 2.00%, depending on Cricut's net leverage ratio. The company may seek up to $225 million in added commitments or term loans, or 1.5 times consolidated EBITDA if greater.

Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut and StickerPix Print price, specifications and availability announced.

Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut and StickerPix Print price, specifications and availability announced. Cricut, best known for its crafting cutters, has launched two new machines that bring it into the world of home photo printing. The Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut and Cricut StickerPix Print are designed to turn the photos on your phone into stickers, labels, photo prints and cards. It's a new category for the brand, and it puts Cricut up against the compact photo printers from the likes of Canon, Kodak and Fujifilm that have become popular for printing straight from a phone. Two machines, one process. Both printers use thermal dye-sublimation, which Cricut says produces high-resolution 300dpi prints that are water, scratch and fade resistant thanks to a laminate layer applied during printing. The StickerPix Print + Cut is the more capable of the pair. It prints, laminates and then cuts custom shapes using a built-in fine-point blade, so you can go from a photo to a finished die-cut sticker in a single pass. It can also produce photo prints, photo cards and custom-cut labels. The StickerPix Print uses the same printing technology but skips the cutter, working instead with pre-cut Cricut Sticker Sheets in a range of shapes and sizes. It also handles photo prints and cards. Design Space and AI tools. Both machines connect via Bluetooth to Cricut's Design Space software on mobile and desktop. Users can start with their own photos, edit templates, use AI-powered features or choose from a library of more than 1.8 million sticker images. Cricut notes that the full content library and some software features, including Cricut AI, require a paid Cricut Access subscription.

For photographers, dye-sub printing is a proven route to durable, continuous-tone small prints, and the ability to cut around a subject is something traditional mini photo printers can't do. Cricut launches brand new sticker printing gear to step up your creative ideas to the next level.

Cricut launches brand new sticker printing gear to step up your creative ideas to the next level. iTWire has long been a fan of the versatile Cricut ecosystem that helps you bring your creative ideas to life no matter how simple or complicated. Today, Cricut has announced a whole new category of creativity with its brand new StickerPix kit, that's sure to be a massive hit with artists, family members, and everyone. Whether you're a parent making stickers for the family, an industrial plant safety advisor putting warnings up, an artist promoting their work at Comic-Con, or anything, anyone, in between or even working way outside the box, your sticker and photo printing can now be elevated right to the next level with all the ease and excellence you've come to expect from Cricut. What's more, coming out in mid October, these new devices are sure to be top of the Christmas wish list for many, so here's your chance to get top brownie points for your loved ones. The versatile Cricut ecosystem already lets you cut into a plethora of 300+ materials be it vinyl, wood, laminate, or other... it already lets you affix your designs to shirts, tote bags, mugs, caps, and more... it already lets you do as much as you can possibly imagine with that being your limit, not the product itself. Well, now the brand new Cricut StickerPix Print+Cut and Cricut StickerPix Print devices brings personalised sticker making right into the Cricut creativity platform. The two new machines give people a complete creative toolkit to turn photos from their camera roll into personalised stickers, prints, labels and photo cards to enjoy, share or gift - all from home in minutes. For the first time, Cricut is giving people a complete creative toolkit to easily take photos from your camera roll, and make them into tangible custom stickers, prints, labels and photo cards to enjoy, share or gift. Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut takes the experience from print to finished custom sticker - printing, laminating, and precision cutting in one machine - whilst Cricut StickerPix Print makes it simple to create personalised photo prints, plus pre-cut stickers and labels. Cricut StickerPix machines arrive at the intersection of three powerful trends shaping how people create and express themselves today. Phones now hold more photos and memories than ever, but most rarely make it beyond the screen; stickers have become tangible, visual language for self-expression and community building; fueled by social media; and AI is creating entirely new ways to transform everyday photos into art, designs, and memorable creations. "Cricut StickerPix brings these trends together and makes it incredibly easy to turn what's on your screen into something you can hold, share, and make your own," said Cricut CEO Ashish Arora. "Cricut has always been about helping people turn their ideas into something personal and real, and we are so excited to make that even easier with the launch of this new machine line." Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut is an all-in-one machine that turns personalised designs into custom stickers through one seamless process: printing, laminating, and precision cutting custom shapes. You can also make photo prints, photo cards, and custom-cut labels. Using thermal dye-sublimation technology, it produces high-resolution, ultra-vivid prints that are water-, scratch-, and fade-resistant, so creations are made to last. A built-in fine-point blade delivers precise, clean edges on every custom sticker shape. Cricut StickerPix Print brings the same vivid dye-sublimation technology and print shop quality to a streamlined making experience for creating custom pre-cut stickers and labels, photo prints, and photo cards. Pre-cut sticker sheets are available in a variety of shapes and sizes. Both machines are compact enough to fit anywhere in the home and connect to Cricut Design Space on mobile and desktop. Users can start with their own photos or ideas, personalise editable templates, use AI-powered capabilities, or choose from a library of more than 1.8 million sticker images from hundreds of original artists - then send their creation directly to their machine to make it real in minutes. Cricut StickerPix represents the next expansion of the brand's creativity platform beyond cutting, giving people another way to turn personal ideas into meaningful, real-world creations through one connected ecosystem powered by Design Space. By adding photo and sticker printers to the platform, Cricut is making it possible to bring even more of the ideas, images, and moments from a phone into real life. Ok! Enough talk. What you really want to know is where, when, and how much? Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut and Cricut StickerPix Print will be available beginning 15th October 2026 at leading retailers; Spotlight and Harvey Norman in Australia and New Zealand. The Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut will be available as a bundle for $469 ($NZ 579) including the machine itself, 18 sticker sheets, 18 photo paper sheets, and one ink cartridge. Additional Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut sheets and ink cartridges will be available in bundles of 72 sheets and two ink cartridges. They will retail for $84.95 ($NZ 109.95) for the sticker sheet/ink cartridge bundles, and $69.95 ($NZ 89.95) for the photo paper/ink cartridge bundles. The Cricut StickerPix Print will be available as a bundle for $289 ($NZ 349) with the machine, 18 precut rectangle sheets, 18 precut circle sheets, 18 photo paper sheets, and one ink cartridge. Additional materials will be available in two different bundles: One for $44.95 ($NZ 59.95) with 36 sticker sheets, 18 photo sticker sheets, and one ink cartridge, and another for $64.95 ($NZ 79.95) with 18 precut rectangle sheets, 18 precut circle sheets, 18 precut square sheets, and two ink cartridges. While iTWire often feels the term "game changer" is overused, in this situation it's truly justified. Creatives already know how useful, helpful, and versatile Cricut is. The addition of sticker printing is absolutely a game changer without hyperbole. Everyone loves stickers, and everyone can find a great use for stickers. What's more, this is the kind of kit that can launch (or accelerate) your artistic career and shopfront, opening a whole new world of merch opportunities for your stalls or sales. Like with everything Cricut, there's two layers: the simple facts and nuts-and-bolts of what the machines are and do, and then there's the unseen layer that exists only in your mind and imagination, namely the massive, massive universes of potential. That's what Cricut has been giving people over all these years, and now boosted to what is surely one of the most popular media forms ever. Who doesn't love stickers? Children find them magical, coal miners compete over who can adorn their helmet the most, techie laptops are festooned by them, and Comic-Con stalls would be lost without them. And now sticker making is easier than ever.
