  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, including strategic marketing plans and tactics, agency partner management, and digital and traditional marketing vehicles, is required.
  • Experience using data-based decision-making and analytics to set and evaluate marketing programs is required.
  • Experience using customer relationship management or marketing automation tools to drive business results is required.
  • Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills are required.
  • Ability to drive an automobile for required travel is required.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment, including sufficient hearing and vision, is required.
  • Ability to perform occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans covering audience selection, offer and messaging strategy, vehicle selection, creative development, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Develop, manage, and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies and plans.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Sales to align marketing programs with organizational goals.
  • Manage agencies in creating online and offline marketing initiatives, including direct mail, email, collateral, signage, displays, advertisements, events, and web page content.
  • Provide agency partners with written creative briefs and evaluate creative output against those briefs.
  • Own the division's lead-management database messaging capabilities, including triggered emails, email blasts, and messages sent for individual communities or sales counselors.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and conduct community visits to build rapport with sales agents.
  • Monitor local-market trends and competitive activity online and within communities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and analyze program performance against division objectives and strategies.
  • Set performance goals and deliver programs that optimize cost per lead, cost per sale, and return on investment.
  • Monitor weekly community traffic, identify trends, evaluate communities behind traffic or sales goals, and recommend marketing-plan improvements.
  • Use Salesforce and Pardot to measure marketing effectiveness, analyze traffic sources, optimize performance, and prioritize effective marketing vehicles.
  • Review Google Analytics and digital media reports, guide agency partners, and optimize the media mix to improve return on investment.
  • Issue ongoing and ad hoc performance reports to key constituents.
  • Assess model and sales-office presentations, signage, and collateral presentations.
  • Support community sales with on-site promotional support and self-marketing efforts.
  • Evaluate and manage online content for brand adherence and conversion impact.
  • Book and manage new community photo shoots, update the photo library, and update the company website with new model photography.
  • Travel daily between various field locations and office environments.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.
