Responsibilities
  • Travel between assigned First Service Bank locations to provide branch coverage based on staffing and business needs.
  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance and service requests.
  • Build customer relationships and identify opportunities to connect customers with products and services that meet their financial needs.
  • Educate customers about digital banking tools and available banking services.
  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer while following established cash-handling procedures.
  • Assist with branch opening, closing, and daily operational responsibilities as assigned.
  • Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Follow bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable banking regulations.
  • Build working relationships with associates across multiple locations and adapt to different branch needs.
  • Provide dependable coverage and contribute to a positive customer and associate experience wherever assigned.
