- Experience with painting, drywall repair, light electrical systems, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
- Assist the Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties.
