ServiceTitan CFO Sherry David sold 9,000 shares of Class A Common Stock for $817,500 on 14 August 2026, according to an SEC filing. The sale was conducted under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan, which allows insiders to establish predetermined stock sale schedules. Following the transaction, David retains 386,756 shares valued at $34.96 million, representing approximately 98% of her prior holdings. The Glendale-based company specialises in cloud-based software for field service management, serving HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. ServiceTitan has a market capitalisation of $9.5 billion and reported $1 billion in revenue over the trailing twelve months, alongside a net loss of $136.3 million. ServiceTitan Podium integration ending: what contractors need to know. ServiceTitan is ending its Podium integration on September 15. Here's what happened, why, what breaks, and what to do next. August 25, 2026 Quick answer. tl;dr: ServiceTitan is ending its Podium integration on September 15, 2026. ServiceTitan says Podium's old agreement no longer meets its new marketplace standards. Podium says ServiceTitan changed the partnership terms after Podium built a competing AI product. If you run both tools together, plan on losing synced customer records, automatic texts, and review requests between the two systems starting that date. I've had a few contractors ask me about this over the past week, so let's walk through it. Watch the video below for the full context, or keep reading for the practical breakdown. What happened between ServiceTitan and Podium. ServiceTitan and Podium have been partners for nine years. ServiceTitan runs the back office for a huge number of home service businesses: scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and customer records. Podium started as a reviews and texting tool, then grew into the messaging layer many of those same businesses used on top of ServiceTitan. On August 12, ServiceTitan emailed customers announcing the integration would end on September 15. Podium was delisted from ServiceTitan's integration directory five days later, on August 17. Podium says it was blindsided after nine years of partnership. ServiceTitan says Podium chose not to move forward with its new certification program. Both things can be true at once. Nine years of partnership ended with about a month's notice, and neither side disputes that part. Why is ServiceTitan ending the integration? Two things are happening at the same time. ServiceTitan rolled out a new certification program in June 2026. It asks partners to meet six standards: security, performance, predictability, data transparency, revenue share, and mutual benefit. Podium says the revenue-share piece was not part of the original deal. At the same time, Podium launched its own AI-powered operating system for home services, built around an AI agent that answers calls and books jobs. That puts Podium in direct competition with ServiceTitan's core product, not just its messaging layer. If you are weighing voice AI options, see what to check before adding a voice AI agent. Put those two facts together and the picture is simple. A partner turned into a competitor, and the platform stopped being willing to fund that competitor's growth through its own API. What actually breaks for contractors? If the integration goes dark on schedule, here is what stops working: * Customer records stop syncing between the two systems. * Automatic job-triggered texts, like on-my-way alerts and appointment confirmations, stop firing. * Review requests tied to job completion stop going out. * Conversation history inside ServiceTitan stops updating. What you generally keep: your phone number, your review profile, and your existing message history. Those live in your Podium account, not in the integration itself. The practical danger is letting the response gap sit open. Missed calls and slow replies cost jobs quickly, so this is a good time to set up AI-powered missed-call text-back whether you keep Podium, replace it, or use a stopgap. The real lesson here. This is not really about picking a side. It is what happens when two vendors' business relationship breaks down and the businesses in the middle do not get a vote. The risk is not unique to Podium and ServiceTitan. Any tool you depend on for lead response carries the same exposure. I wrote about the four AI lead-response workflows every home service business should run, and the point holds here too: the fewer of those workflows that depend on a single vendor relationship you do not control, the less exposed you are to a story like this one. If you are deciding whether text, voice, or both make sense for your business, SMS vs. AI answering service is a useful place to start. What to do if you're affected. If you run ServiceTitan and Podium together, take a few concrete steps: * Check your Podium contract. The integration ending does not cancel your annual agreement with Podium. * Ask ServiceTitan support which messaging and review partners are currently certified on its Marketplace. * Export your Podium message history and review data before September 15, just in case. * Decide whether you need a full replacement now or a stopgap to get through busy season first. Whatever you land on, do not let the gap sit open. A basic missed-call text-back or instant-response workflow is better than waiting for the perfect long-term replacement. Podium alternatives worth considering. The right replacement depends on what you used Podium for. If the biggest risk is slow lead response after the ServiceTitan connection goes away, LeadTruffle is one of the best alternatives for ServiceTitan users. LeadTruffle keeps ServiceTitan as your system of record while covering the front end of the lead conversation. It responds to missed calls, texts, website chats, Google LSA, and marketplace leads in seconds, qualifies the customer, and can book the job into ServiceTitan. That makes it a strong fit if you need to protect new lead response without rebuilding the CRM your team already uses. Here is how the options stack up: * LeadTruffle, the best fit for ServiceTitan users who need instant lead response, qualification, and booking across calls, forms, texts, Google LSA, and marketplace leads. It is especially useful if your concern is losing Podium's messaging layer and letting new jobs go cold. * Birdeye, for multi-location businesses that lean heavily on review management across many sites. * NiceJob, if review requests are all you need and you want something simpler. * Broadly, built specifically for home service texting, reviews, and light scheduling. * Weave, mostly built for healthcare practices, so it is usually overkill for a general contractor. If review requests are your only priority, NiceJob or Birdeye may be the better match. If you want ServiceTitan to keep receiving qualified, ready-to-book leads from every channel, LeadTruffle is the stronger replacement. Frequently asked questions. Turning churned customers into Revenue. Turning "Goodbye" into "Welcome Back": The Power of Automated Win-Back Campaigns In the fast-paced world of field services, whether you are managing HVAC repair... Aug 23, 2026 · by JT Stepp Turning "Goodbye" into "Welcome Back": The Power of Automated Win-Back Campaigns In the fast-paced world of field services, whether you are managing HVAC repairs, landscaping routes, or home maintenance, the focus is often on the next new lead. However, many business owners overlook a massive source of untapped profit: the customers they have already lost. Customer churn is often viewed as an inevitable part of business, but it doesn't have to be permanent. With the right tools, "cancelled" is just a temporary status. The high cost of lost connections. For most service companies, acquiring a new customer is significantly more expensive than retaining an existing one. Despite this, many small and mid-sized businesses lose countless billable hours to repetitive office paperwork and manual follow-ups, leaving little time to focus on re-engaging those who have left. Seasonal route pressure in industries like lawn care makes efficient administrative handling vital; during peak periods, the staff is often too busy to manually reach out to lapsed clients from the previous year. This is where automated win-back campaigns become a game-changer. How DenaroAI automates re-engagement. DenaroAI goes beyond simple collections by acting as a proactive revenue engine. The platform specifically targets and reaches out to cancelled or churned customers through automated re-engagement workflows. Here is how the process works to drive new revenue without adding sales overhead: * Data-Driven Analysis: The tool analyzes customer histories to identify past or seasonal accounts that are prime for a "win-back". * Multi-Channel Outreach: Instead of a single, easily ignored email, DenaroAI engages former clients across SMS, email, and interactive voice channels. * Natural Communication: The outreach uses polite, natural tone rules to maintain positive relationships, making the customer feel valued rather than hounded. * Intelligent Escalation: The system is designed to understand service-specific logic, capturing customer intent and escalating high-value or unusual responses to your human team members when necessary. Frictionless resubscription. One of the biggest barriers to winning back a customer is friction. If a client wants to return but has to navigate a clunky portal or mail a check, they may change their mind. DenaroAI removes these hurdles by providing one-click "Text-to-Pay" links directly to the client's mobile phone. Whether they are paying for a new seasonal treatment or settling an old balance to restart service, they can do so in seconds via credit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer. Seamless integration for maximum efficiency. You don't need to change your existing workflow to start winning back customers. DenaroAI connects directly with leading field service management platforms like: ServiceTitan, Realgreen, Pestpac. By integrating with your CRM, every win-back success is automatically updated in your records without manual data entry, allowing your team to focus on fulfilling the new work rather than managing the data. Conclusion: putting growth on auto-pilot. Winning back a churned customer isn't just about recovering a single job; it's about restoring a long-term revenue stream. By replacing manual outreach with automated, intelligent workflows, you can eliminate the "cost of routine administration" and ensure your business is always working to grow its client base, even while you sleep. Stop letting your former customers drift away. Put your re-engagement on auto-pilot with DenaroAI and turn your churn into a consistent engine for growth.
Buzzspot vs HubSpot: choosing the best multilingual AI chatbot for global HVAC, plumbing & home service growth (2026 guide). In an increasingly connected world, HVAC, plumbing, and home-service contractors can't afford to speak only one language. A multilingual AI chatbot for HVAC contractors not only answers questions in real time, but also captures leads, qualifies prospects, and schedules appointments across borders. Two platforms dominate the conversation in 2026: Buzzspot and HubSpot. Both promise AI-driven chat, but their approaches, pricing structures, and scalability differ dramatically. This guide walks you through the most important factors so you can decide which solution fuels your global growth the fastest. HVAC systems, plumbing networks, and home-service installations are universal, but the people who need them speak over 150 languages worldwide. A multilingual chatbot eliminates three major pain points: * Lost leads: Visitors who can't find information in their native tongue abandon the site within seconds. * Slow response times: Traditional phone support can't keep up with 24/7 demand, especially across time zones. * Inconsistent branding: Manual translations often lead to tone and terminology mismatches, eroding trust. By delivering instant, accurate answers in the visitor's language, a multilingual AI chatbot for HVAC contractors boosts conversion rates, shortens the sales cycle, and builds a reputation for professionalism on a global stage. Buzzspot was built from the ground up as an AI website assistant. Its core strengths for the home-service market include: * Rapid training: Upload a URL and Buzzspot trains on your content in under two minutes, automatically extracting service details, pricing tables, and warranty policies. * Native live-chat takeover: When the AI detects a high-value lead, a human agent can seamlessly jump in without losing context. * True multilingual engine: Powered by large-language models that support over 100 languages, with on-the-fly translation that preserves industry-specific terminology (e.g., "heat pump," "variable refrigerant flow"). * Lead qualification workflow: Customizable questions (budget, property size, urgency) feed directly into your CRM or email marketing platform. * Pricing simplicity: Starts at $19/mo per site, with unlimited chats and no per-message fees. Buzzspot's focus on service-oriented businesses means the UI, reporting dashboards, and integrations (QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro) are tailored for field-service teams. HubSpot is a household name in inbound marketing, CRM, and sales automation. Its chatbot builder, part of the Marketing Hub, offers: * Drag-and-drop flow editor: Non-technical users can design conversation trees without code. * Built-in CRM sync: Every chat interaction is logged automatically, enriching contact records. * Multilingual support via integrations: HubSpot relies on third-party translation services (e.g., Weglot, TranslatePress) to add language layers. * Extensive ecosystem: Over 600 integrations, from accounting to field-service scheduling. * Tiered pricing: Free tier for basic bots, but advanced AI and multilingual capabilities require the Professional or Enterprise plans, starting at $800/mo. While HubSpot's breadth is impressive, its chatbot is an add-on to a larger suite, which can make the learning curve steeper for contractors focused solely on service delivery. Below is a side-by-side look at the most relevant features for a multilingual AI chatbot for HVAC contractors. * Language Coverage Buzzspot: 100+ native languages with industry-specific glossaries. HubSpot: 30+ languages via third-party plugins; translation quality varies. * Training Speed Buzzspot: 2-minute auto-training on any website. HubSpot: Manual content import; requires manual intent mapping. * Lead Qualification Buzzspot: Pre-built HVAC questionnaires, auto-scoring, and direct push to service-ticketing tools. HubSpot: Generic form builder; needs custom workflow to match HVAC specifics. * Live-Chat Handoff Buzzspot: Instant agent takeover with context preservation. HubSpot: Handoff possible but often loses chat history unless custom code is added. * Analytics & Reporting Buzzspot: KPI dashboard focused on conversion, appointment booking, and language performance. HubSpot: Robust marketing analytics, but chatbot metrics are buried among broader campaign data. * Pricing Model Buzzspot: Flat-rate per site, unlimited chats. HubSpot: Tiered, with higher tiers required for AI and multilingual features; per-contact limits can add up. For many contractors, the bottom line decides. Let's break down a typical scenario: a regional HVAC company with 5,000 monthly website visitors, 10% of whom are non-English speakers. * Buzzspot: $19/mo x 1 site = $228/yr. Assuming a 5% conversion lift from multilingual chats (250 extra leads), and a 20% close rate (50 new jobs) at an average $3,500 per job, the annual revenue boost is $175,000 - a 770x ROI. * HubSpot: Professional Marketing Hub at $800/mo = $9,600/yr. Adding a third-party translation service (~.
Spanish calls hit 30% in Sun Belt. Your voice AI books none. Twenty-five to forty percent of plumbing and HVAC searches in Miami-Dade happen in Spanish. Miami-Dade is 72 percent Hispanic. The next call your after-hours line takes tonight in Phoenix, San Antonio, Fresno, or Tampa has better than one-in-four odds of being a Spanish-first caller. If your voice AI opens with "Hi, thanks for calling," about a third of those callers hang up before the second sentence lands. ServiceTitan shipped Voice Agent Spanish Language Support in the Spring 2026 release. Housecall Pro rolled trade-specific packages on July 16 with bilingual receptionist tie-ins for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. ServiceAgent, Smith.ai, Goodcall, and Voksha now sit at $29 to $1,499 a month with bilingual receptionist coverage priced at parity with English-only queues. The language leak has a name now, and the vendor tier caught up. What has not caught up is the average trades shop, which still runs a one-language phone tree and calls it good coverage. This is the July piece to sit with. If you operate in the Sun Belt, the Central Valley, or any metro with a Latino population above 20 percent, your quiet lever this month is not another dispatch tweak or a fifth voice-AI vendor demo. It is turning on the second language on the seat you already own. The language leak costs 15 to 30 percent of the phone. Start with the raw math. Home services in the U.S. is an $842 billion market. HVAC alone is $19 billion and growing at 5.9 percent. Hispanic and Latino consumers own roughly 20 percent of U.S. households, and household-formation growth in that segment runs at nearly double the national average. The share of the trades customer base that prefers Spanish for a stress call about no heat, a slab leak, or a rooftop unit sputtering in July climbs every year. Now the phone side. Call-tracking data in trades sits ugly. Roughly 74 percent of after-hours calls to a trades line go unanswered. When a Spanish-speaking caller hits a menu that answers only in English, industry data pegs the drop-off between 25 and 35 percent inside ten seconds. Bilingual voice agents that detect the caller's language in the first turn and switch without a "press 2 for Spanish" prompt convert those calls at roughly 25 percent higher rates than the English-only default. Do the arithmetic for a 12-truck HVAC shop in Fort Worth. Assume the shop takes 900 inbound service calls a month at a 42 percent booking rate. That is 378 booked jobs. Move Spanish-language conversion from zero to parity on the 20 percent of calls that come in Spanish, and the shop books another 30 to 45 additional jobs a month. At a $340 average residential ticket, that is $10,000 to $15,000 in monthly revenue the phone was leaking. No new ad spend. No new truck. What actually shipped in 2026. ServiceTitan's Spring 2026 release added Voice Agent Spanish Language Support (release ID ST-77). Before the release, a Spanish-speaking caller was escalated to a live CSR the moment the accent registered, which added wait time and killed after-hours bookings. Now the agent handles the call in Spanish end to end, books the job, and pushes the record into the same reporting pane. ServiceTitan also rolled a Voice Agents Dashboard in late April 2026 that shows call volume, booked jobs, booking rate, revenue booked, escalation reasons, transcripts, and recordings in one view. If you already run ServiceTitan Pro, the language switch is a settings-level rollout, not a rip and replace. Outside ServiceTitan, the field caught up fast. Housecall Pro's July 16 launch of trade-specific packages for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layered bilingual receptionist add-ons and pricing benchmarks on top. Roooster launched an AI-powered field-service platform on July 2 with quoting, dispatch, work orders, and CRM in one seat. ServiceAgent, Smith.ai, Goodcall, Voksha, CallSphere, and HCP Assist run bilingual receptionist coverage at trade-shop volume with the same per-minute rate for either language. The old "Spanish line surcharge" is gone from the price sheet. Two capabilities matter more than the vendor logo. First, automatic language detection in the first sentence with no menu prompt. Second, scheduling logic that understands drive time, skill routing, and the difference between "no heat in winter" and "annual tune-up," in the second language. Anything less is a voicemail box with an accent. The 30-day rollout. Week one, pull the tape. Every call-tracking platform on the market stamps caller ID and, in most cases, records the caller's opening speech. Sample 200 inbound calls from the last 30 days and mark the ones where the caller opened in Spanish. Now you know your true Spanish call share. If it lands under 5 percent, the ROI on a bilingual rollout is thin and this is a Q4 problem. If it lands at 15 percent or higher, the calendar starts today. Week two, pick the seat. If you run ServiceTitan Pro, turn on Voice Agent Spanish Language Support and set the routing rule. Cost sits inside the existing Pro subscription. If you run Housecall Pro, subscribe to a bilingual receptionist add-on inside the trade-specific package. If you run Jobber, layer Smith.ai or ServiceAgent on the front and route to Jobber's booking API. Budget $99 to $399 a month for the front-end at 10-to-30 truck volume, or $500 to $1,200 for a heavier stack. Week three, write the two scripts. The Spanish greeting is not a translation of the English one. It is a rewrite. "Hola, gracias por llamar" is table stakes. What the trades caller needs next is the trade name, the emergency triage cue, and the callback promise, in that order. Have a Spanish-first tech or CSR record the script and use their recording to tune the voice agent's pronunciation of your city, neighborhoods, and product names. This is a two-hour job. Skip it and the bot will say "Fort Wurth" and lose the caller in one word. Week four, watch the dashboard. ServiceTitan's Voice Agents Dashboard slices Spanish-language calls out by default. If you run Housecall Pro or Jobber, ask the receptionist vendor for a weekly Spanish-language booking report. The number to watch is Spanish-language booking rate. If it lands within 15 percent of your English booking rate by day 30, the stack works. If the gap is wider than that, the script or the routing rule is the culprit, not the bot. The stack decision this month. Three real choices sit in front of you. Buy inside the FSM you already run. If ServiceTitan Pro or the new Housecall Pro trade-specific packages are already in the budget, use them. The routing, the dashboard, and the tech scorecards all live in one place. The bilingual add is baked in at parity pricing. Bolt a third-party receptionist on the front. Smith.ai, ServiceAgent, or Goodcall handle the language switch, book into whatever CRM you run, and start at $99 to $399 a month at trade-shop volume. Best fit for shops that run a lightweight CRM and do not want to rebuild the phone stack in one quarter. Do nothing this month and pay for it in ad spend. Every dollar you send to Google Local Services Ads that lands on an English-only phone tree from a Spanish-first caller is dollar the market swallowed. The lever is bilingual voice, not a bigger ad budget. Morata Plumbing in Miami reported a 30 percent local market-share gain through bilingual coverage and Spanish-first content. That is not a rounding error. That is a truck. If you operate in Miami-Dade, Broward, Los Angeles County, Orange County, Bexar, Harris, Maricopa, Riverside, Fresno, Kern, or the Rio Grande Valley, the 12-month payback math is short. If you operate in a metro under 10 percent Latino population, this piece is a Q4 file, not an August one. One signal to watch this August. Watch for Housecall Pro and Jobber to promote Spanish-language booking rate to a first-class metric inside their tech scorecards. ServiceTitan already exposes it. When all three tier-one FSMs put it on the dashboard, the language leak stops being a nice-to-have and starts showing up in shop-level KPI reviews. That is the month the owner-operator down the street starts booking calls yours keeps losing. The trades shop that turns on the second language in August takes market share off two or three competitors before the New Year. The one that waits for a second RFP cycle in Q1 gives up ten grand a month in booked jobs, every month, until it moves. The lever is on the seat you already pay for. Flip it.
