About the Company

Voyager Technologies

Vertical-integrated space and defense company

Voyager Technologies provides space and defense tech through an integrated, end-to-end platform. It operates in Defense & National Security, Space Solutions, and Starlab Space Stations, earning revenue mainly from U.S. government contracts while acquiring specialized firms to control more of the value chain. Its flagship project, Starlab, is a commercial Low-Earth Orbit space station developed with Airbus for researchers, agencies, and commercial users and deployable on a SpaceX Starship; it also builds on-orbit infrastructure like the Bishop Airlock and lunar capabilities via Astrobotic acquisitions. The company aims to grow a commercial space economy through vertical integration and long-term capital, offering mission planning, payload integration, launch support, and operations end-to-end.
