Responsibilities

Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Design and manage performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
Develop and manage short-term and long-term incentive plans, including bonuses, share options, and other reward programs to motivate and retain employees.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures to ensure organizational consistency and compliance.
Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees, explaining the value and structure of their rewards.
Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide strategic recommendations to the SEA Human Resources Director.
Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local and international labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the compensation and benefits function.

The SEA Compensation & Benefits Center of Excellence (CoE) role will be responsible for developing and managing the compensation and benefits strategies at Chagee SEA across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on performance management, incentive plans, and long-term incentive plans, such as share options and share-out bonuses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compensation and benefits, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of incentive structures within the retail sector, particularly in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with Chagee SEA’s business goals and objectives.

• Performance Management: Design and manage performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.

• Incentive Plans: Develop and manage short-term and long-term incentive plans, including bonuses, share options, and other reward programs to motivate and retain employees.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.

• Policy Development: Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

• Employee Communication: Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees, ensuring they understand the value and structure of their rewards.

• Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits metrics, preparing detailed reports and providing strategic recommendations to the SEA Human Resources Director.

• Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local and international labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the compensation and benefits function.
