About the company

Athletes First is a full-service sports talent agency that represents NFL players, NFL coaches and executives, college football and basketball coaches, and other sports-related clients such as broadcasters and media personalities. It handles contract negotiations, marketing and commercial endorsements, and other client services. Athletes First invests in All-Time Studios, launches football roster-building game ALL DUBS

Athletes First has invested in All-Time Studios, a sports video gaming company, and helped develop its new football roster-building mobile game "ALL DUBS", which launched this week on the App Store and Google Play. Athletes First CEO Brian Murphy called the investment significant. The agency previously worked with All-Time Studios on brand awareness, game development and talent procurement before making the investment. All-Time Studios, formerly PlayVault, employs about 24 people and is best known for "82-0", an NBA roster-building game downloaded over 1 million times on iOS and 500,000 times on Google Play. Apple named it App Store's Game of the Day in October. The companies plan to collaborate on other sports, including MLB.

And-Ones: Len, McClung, questionable moves, Athletes First.

And-Ones: Len, McClung, questionable moves, Athletes First. By Luke Adams | at September 24, 2026 3:09 pm Veteran center Alex Len, who signed a two-year deal with Baskonia earlier this month, has mutually agreed to terminate his contract with the Spanish club, per a press release. Baskonia's announcement, translated from Spanish, indicates that Len passed a medical exam upon joining the team but began to experience discomfort in his previously injured foot. There's no indication that the big man, who underwent additional tests and consulted with medical experts in recent days, suffered a new injury, but Len and Baskonia agreed to part ways as he gets that discomfort treated. "I would like to thank Baskonia, the staff, the players, and the fans for their professionalism and support during the brief time I spent with the organization," Len said in a statement. "I wish them the best of luck this season." Len, 33, spent 12 years in the NBA from 2013-25, making 690 regular season appearances for six teams during that time. However, he played a very limited role during his last few seasons in the league and was waived last fall by the Knicks after receiving a training camp invitation. He spent the 2025/26 season with Real Madrid, coming off the bench for the club. Hoops Rumors has a few more odds and ends from around the basketball world: * Three-time NBA dunk contest winner Mac McClung signed this summer with Girona Basket, a Spanish team that competes in the EuroCup tournament rather than in the EuroLeague. However, McClung told Andreu Coll of Diari de Girona (Twitter video link) that he had no shortage of opportunities to play in what's considered the top non-NBA league in the world. "Over the last two years, I've probably had over 10 EuroLeague offers," McClung said. "(But) me and my agent agreed to follow our hearts. When I talked to (Girona head coach) Moncho (Fernandez), and the GM, and (team owner) Marc (Gasol) all in the same day, I was like, 'I think this spot feels like home.'" * Having already criticized the Suns' trade for Miles Bridges, the Bucks' four-year, $64MM deal with Gary Trent Jr., and the Wizards' four-year, $212MM agreement with Trae Young back in July, John Hollinger of The Athletic looks elsewhere to identify five additional questionable moves made by teams over the course of the 2026 offseason. Among the decisions receiving Hollinger's scrutiny are the Cavaliers' long-term, maximum-salary extension for Donovan Mitchell, the Nets' underwhelming use of their cap room, and the Clippers choosing to sign Bradley Beal over Bennedict Mathurin. * Athletes First, one of the most prominent agencies representing NFL players, is launching a representation division for basketball players, the firm announced via social media this week (Twitter links). NFL agent David Mulugheta will lead the division, which will feature John Noonan, the former senior director of basketball at Octagon. Noonan, whom Jake Fischer describes (via Twitter) as "cap-minded," will serve as the VP of Basketball at Athletes First.
