Responsibilities
  • Operate advanced machinery and CNC machines with a foundational understanding of G-code.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and complex diagrams to produce parts to precise specifications.
  • Use precision measuring tools and conduct regular measurements and quality checks throughout production.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to machinery and cutting tools.
  • Ensure machines run efficiently and accurately according to specifications.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
  • Develop, suggest, and implement machining-process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and production flow.
  • Maintain an organized work area to prevent accidents and support efficiency.
  • Wear appropriate protective gear to maintain personal and workplace safety.
