  • Ability to facilitate communications across multidisciplinary, highly matrixed teams, including NAVFAC, program offices, and civilian contractors.
  • Ability to independently manage action-item registers and schedule milestones.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence for cross-functional communications, shared workspaces, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to translate complex facility-engineering concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and brief program leadership.
  • Current Department of Defense Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end site-activation lifecycle from initial concept and design review through physical installation, technical integration, and final activation.
  • Act as the master liaison and overall coordinator across NAVFAC, PMS339 Facilities, PMS339 Combat Systems, technical developers, and local commands.
  • Conduct comprehensive physical site surveys at prospective shore-based commands to assess structural integrity, electrical loads, HVAC capacity, and network-architecture readiness.
  • Review facilities-engineering and structural-design drawings and apply a Professional Engineer stamp of approval to validate technical-design compliance.
  • Facilitate project communications by gathering information from technical developers and structural experts to resolve facilities-to-system integration challenges.
  • Compile, track, and drive cross-functional action items, schedules, and deliverables to complete site milestones on time.
  • Manage high-level site-planning master schedules and track dependencies between facility build-outs and combat-system training-suite deliveries.
  • Provide programmatic and technical oversight of the MWPTS SAWS San Diego and CIAT RCT5 ATRC Dahlgren projects, reporting status and schedule risks to leadership.
  • Travel up to 40% to support physical site surveys and coordination meetings at key installations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with NAVFAC, industry partners, program offices, and warfare centers.
  • Knowledge of Navy facility standards and processes.
  • Technical familiarity with CIAT and MWPTS trainer architectures and their physical infrastructure requirements, including server racks, console footprints, and cooling requirements.
  • Experience with military construction or facility-modernization projects.
  • Risk-management experience identifying and mitigating schedule and facility-integration risks.
  • Active Professional Engineer license with authority to review and stamp facility and structural-design drawings.

What believers are saying

  • TSC's July 2025 and January 2026 profiles still show active hiring and operations.
  • Partnerships like Zaion added AI callbots, strengthening automation offerings for 2026 prospects.
  • Foundever's August 2026 recapitalization extended maturities to 2030-2031, reducing near-term financial stress.

What critics are saying

  • Foundever cut nearly $900 million debt on August 17, 2026; balance-sheet pressure persists.
  • Laurent Uberti and Olivier Camino exited July 31, 2026, creating leadership uncertainty.
  • Foundever could fold TSC into broader delivery, erasing the TSC brand entirely.

What makes TSC unique

  • TSC combines CX strategy, design, and build for digital channels, not pure consulting.
  • The agency specializes in chatbots, social media, and self-service, matching digital-first brands.
  • Its Foundever parent gives access to global CX operations and enterprise accounts.
