Amelia offers enterprise AI through two platforms: Amelia Conversational AI, which creates Digital Employees (virtual agents) that understand natural language, perform end-to-end tasks, and integrate with enterprise systems like CRM and ERP, and Amelia AIOps, an IT operations platform that automates workflows across tools and departments. The agents combine deterministic rules with generative AI and can be built with a no-code/low-code Digital Employee Builder, enabling non-experts to deploy automation. The company differentiates itself by focusing on enterprise governance, seamless integration, and a hybrid AI approach that aims for reliable, compliant conversations. Its goal is to help large organizations automate complex customer service and IT workflows at scale, and to accelerate AI adoption across business processes; Amelia was acquired by SoundHound AI in 2024.
