Requirements
  • 8+ years in B2B sales with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (preferably in retail, SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments)
  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets while leading high-growth teams
  • Ability to build, mentor, and inspire sales teams of varying sizes
  • Comfortable defining high-level strategy while rolling up your sleeves to close key deals
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM/sales tools (HubSpot preferred) to drive performance
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Responsibilities
  • Define & Lead Sales Strategy: Own the sales vision, roadmap, and execution aligned with company goals
  • Build & Scale the Team: Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing Account Managers, Account Executives, and sales support staff
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Set and manage sales targets, territories, and compensation models to ensure consistent overperformance
  • Foster High-Performance Culture: Create an environment of accountability, motivation, and continuous learning
  • Expand Market Reach: Identify new customer segments, regions, and growth opportunities
  • Optimize Sales Operations: Implement tools, processes, and analytics to increase efficiency (CRM, sales automation, forecasting)
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Operations and Tech to ensure customer success and maximize lifetime value
  • Coach & Mentor: Provide guidance and structured career paths for team members
  • Report & Analyze: Track KPIs, pipeline health, win/loss metrics, and present insights to the executive team
