Responsibilities

  • Advise customers by combining technical expertise, empathy, and stylistic judgment to identify the best solution.
  • Perform eye measurements using modern technology, document them carefully, and explain the results clearly.
  • Prepare orders; record customer data and incoming goods; check prescriptions; and assess damage to eyeglasses.
  • Provide contact-lens expertise when needed.
