About the job
- Currently pursuing a degree in data science, business analytics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with an interest in organizing and cleaning data.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and data entry.
- Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Review supplier inventory uploads in Excel and CSV formats for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards, including naming conventions, categories, and formatting.
- Support the standardization and updating of supplier inventory data across internal systems.
- Identify duplicates, missing values, and misclassified products and propose corrections.
- Ensure that product and plant details are correctly matched to categories, packaging types, and size terms.
- Execute data imports and updates in HubSpot and internal databases.
- Collaborate with the Supplier and Operations teams to keep data processes consistent and up to date.
- French language skills.
- Equity after graduation and joining the company full-time.
