Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18–25 years old.
  • Applicants must have completed at least Matthayom 3 (secondary school).
  • Applicants must be able to work shifts.
  • Restaurant service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Scoop ice cream attractively and to Swensen's operating standards to support customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain ice cream storage cabinets and check that their temperatures meet standards.
  • Monitor ice cream quality by checking its temperature with a thermometer.
  • Keep work equipment and tools clean, sanitary, and ready for use.
  • Keep the work area clean and free from foreign objects and insects.
  • Use ice cream containers correctly according to standards.
  • Scoop ice cream to the portion size specified in the product manual.
  • Maintain beverage quality and ensure sufficient availability during sales.
  • Arrange ice cream according to the flavor layout plan.
  • Arrange ice cream cakes according to the display-case layout plan.
  • Take orders and prepare products to standards for dine-in and takeaway customers.
  • Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers so customers receive ice cream that meets standards.
  • Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene according to company standards.
  • Follow organizational safety standards and rules.
  • Follow organizational discipline and instructions from supervisors.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the shift manager and duties listed on the daily work schedule.
