- At least 5 years of experience with Power Apps.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Understand Power Platform licensing and how capacity is assigned and consumed.
- Understand Standard versus Premium connectors.
- Understand Office 365 security and Power Apps user security.
- Define Dataverse security roles.
- Determine whether model-driven or canvas apps best meet business requirements.
- Apply best practices for multiple environments.
- Have Dynamics 365 experience and knowledge of its relationship to Power Platform.
- Perform data modeling within Dataverse.
- Understand the difference between transactional and reporting data repositories.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on reporting best practices, including Dataverse versus a reporting data repository.
- Understand performance optimization for on-premises data versus Dataverse.
- Design intuitive user interfaces; graphic design is not necessary.
- Develop Power Automate workflows for backend processing.
- Have some experience or exposure to Power BI reporting.
- Configure an on-premises data gateway.
- Create Power Platform custom connectors.
- Have software development expertise outside the Power Platform.
- Have C#/.NET development experience.
- Have web/client-side library development experience.
- Work with the project team to deploy Azure-based solutions that meet client value and success.
- Implement solutions in Microsoft Azure that meet the client’s needs for security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Translate requirements into a technical design using existing tools, services, and frameworks.
- Keep up with emerging technology trends and their impact on cloud solutions.
- Analyze, design, and plan application architecture in Azure and related technologies.
- Deliver end-to-end client cloud application development.
- Lead technical discussions with senior executives to drive key decisions and implementation.
