About the job

Requirements
  • Have at least 4 years of experience shipping user-facing products.
  • Be strong in TypeScript and React or Python, and competent in the other.
  • Have designed interfaces people use, not only built them.
  • Be comfortable in AWS, or have a clear path to it, ideally in a HIPAA-aligned environment.
  • Work in an agentic coding harness daily and write clearly.
  • Build with good product judgment, including distinguishing requests from underlying problems and pushing back on features that would not meaningfully improve outcomes.
  • Use design practices such as information hierarchy, interaction design, and prototyping to learn before building.
  • Apply judgment about where to be rigorous, especially with protected health information, access control, and actions clinicians rely on.
  • Develop healthcare data literacy quickly; prior healthcare experience is not required.
  • Provide a link to something built, such as a product, tool, side project, or teardown, and explain the goal, one decision to defend, and one to reconsider. If the work is proprietary, analyze a frequently used product and describe what is wrong with it and what should be done differently in two or three paragraphs.
Responsibilities
  • Own a product surface end to end, from discovering a market problem through shipping the solution and measuring its impact, including the underlying API.
  • Shape product requirements from one-pagers and conversations with the people doing the work, using the roadmap rather than relying on a groomed ticket backlog.
  • Own a slice of the migration from Salesforce or Athena by understanding current workflows and deciding what should carry forward.
  • Build product surfaces for clinicians, coordinators, operators, and eventually families, across the product ecosystem.
  • Work directly with users, including clinicians, and sometimes join them in their work environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with LLM features, offline-first development, EHR integration, or mobile development.

Families receive care through in-home visits aligned with ages and stages of development, supplemented with virtual care when that is the best fit. Services include primary care, mental health and substance use treatment, social support such as help with housing or utilities, 24/7 access to clinical support, and care coordination with specialists.
