About the job

Requirements
  • You have at least 2–3 years of product experience, independently shipping highly complex products.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can define a problem space, structure it, and move forward without waiting for someone else to hand you a specification.
  • You argue your position based on data and evidence, and iterate when the evidence changes.
  • You can express yourself in writing; documentation, decisions, specifications, and partner communications require clear writing.
  • You use artificial intelligence tools in your day-to-day work and are comfortable pushing what they can do.
  • You are professionally fluent in English and German.
Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap for a set of partner-critical Investing capabilities, from problem framing through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Be embedded in a cross-functional crew including operations and engineering, while engaging with other product teams, solutions engineering, external partners, and colleagues in risk, finance, and compliance.
  • Prioritise commitments against the domain strategy using quantitative and qualitative evidence, and share trade-offs internally and externally.
  • Ensure that partner-specific integrations have longevity within the platform.
  • Engage directly with enterprise partners and prospects to scope requirements, negotiate delivery, and prioritise.
  • Work with dwpbank counterparts on joint product opportunities, translating between two organisations with different ways of working.
  • Propose forward-looking solutions that outlive the immediate ask, rather than one-off fixes for the loudest partner.
  • Track market and regulatory developments in the space, and bring insights back to the team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in regulated fintech, brokerage, or B2B environments.

About the company

lemon.markets provides a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform that lets other companies add stock investing features through a single API. Its API-first stack handles account opening, order management and execution, custody, and tax reporting, and can be tailored for use cases like savings plans and automated trading; it uses an in-house order management system for high throughput and plans fractional trading. It is BaFin-licensed and focuses on removing regulatory and technical hurdles for partners, differentiating itself by providing end-to-end investment infrastructure to fintechs, banks, wealth managers, and tech firms. Its goal is to enable partners to launch compliant, customer-centric investment services with minimal integration effort while maintaining independent operation under its new ownership.
