  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field is required.
  • At least one year of work experience with human resources responsibilities is required.
  • Recruiting experience and the ability to navigate LinkedIn Recruiter are required.
  • Demonstrated successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates is required.
  • Demonstrated personal computer and Microsoft Office skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, attend, and access recruitment activities such as local job fairs and career days hosted by healthcare settings or other sponsors.
  • Pursue recruitment resources and linkages with the educational community to enhance recruitment among graduates.
  • Develop strategic relationships with other talent sources.
  • Complete sourcing recruitment for openings within specified timelines.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Research, identify, and recruit candidates using cold-calling, networking, deep internet sourcing, and internet mining.
  • Build a candidate pipeline.
  • Use social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and generate leads and source candidates.
  • Build networks to source qualified passive candidates, using business acumen to support, consult, and present candidates aligned with client needs.
  • Support, consult, and present potential candidates to hiring managers.
  • Interact and communicate at all levels within University Hospital.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the hospital system and positions to research candidate markets effectively.
  • Track talent metrics, including Google Analytics, LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, and the iCIMS applicant tracking system, to improve data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Provide reports and summaries for managers and other human resources staff.
  • Conduct phone pre-screening interviews when necessary.
  • Assist with job fairs, open houses, and media promotions through designated portals with Director of Talent Acquisition approval.
  • Oversee University Hospital's LinkedIn Recruiter page and social media pages, including recommending updates and design changes.
  • Assist with other departmental projects and activities as assigned.
