Kyndryl is offering two series of senior notes to repay $700 million in principal on its 2.05% notes maturing in October 2026. The company also plans to use proceeds to reduce borrowings under its revolving credit facility. The notes will be issued through The Depository Trust Company in minimum denominations of $2,000, with additional increments of $1,000. Underwriters may receive at least 5% of the proceeds, creating a potential conflict of interest under FINRA Rule 5121. As of 30 June 2026, Kyndryl reported total debt of $4,070 million and cash of $2,104 million. The company's revolving credit agreement has $2.15 billion available.
Megawaty Khie joins Kyndryl as Vice President & Managing Director for ASEAN & Korea. Her earlier career includes senior roles at several global technology companies. She has worked with IBM, SAP, HP, Dell and Microsoft across leadership positions covering enterprise technology, sales, partnerships and business development. Under the terms of the engagement, Kyndryl Consult will provide consulting and advisory services to evaluate market opportunities and develop actionable recommendations for the potential commercialization of MAXX LEMI. The work comprises a detailed technology review, a market and competitive analysis, and business model design, culminating in a set of strategic recommendations to guide the Company's potential commercialization pathways. Drawing on Kyndryl's expertise in data, AI and emerging agentic AI capabilities, the engagement will also help assess opportunities to position and scale MAXX LEMI for future growth and market adoption. This engagement has just commenced and is expected to run approximately nine weeks.
