  • Experience with buyer persona and audience research.
  • Experience working with a healthcare IT company.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and be located in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive customer advocacy program, including identifying and nurturing advocates, building relationships, leveraging customer success stories, and measuring program effectiveness.
  • Develop scalable programs that turn customer experiences into stories, evidence, and content for marketing and sales.
  • Identify and coordinate customer testimonials, videos, and case studies; capture measurable outcomes and quotes; manage logo approvals; and promote assets across the website, social media, events, and sales materials.
  • Build and maintain a speakers bureau for executives, subject-matter experts, and customers; identify speaking opportunities, awards, and visibility programs; develop abstracts and submissions; coordinate stakeholders; and track results.
  • Establish and report on key performance indicators and metrics for customer advocacy, customer engagement, and business impact.
  • Develop social media strategy and communications goals, and create and manage social media and thought leadership campaigns that elevate expertise and support business priorities.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, create engaging content and evergreen assets, draft social posts, and develop supporting videos and infographics aligned with marketing goals.
  • Grow engagement with targeted audiences on LinkedIn, test approaches, and use performance insights to improve reach and engagement; track reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and improve the online Resource Center and other website content so prospects and customers can find and engage with information.
  • Use SEO, AEO, engagement data, and market insights to identify content gaps and recommend updates across the website; ensure content supports brand, solution, and product messaging.
  • Develop blogs and other web content to support demand generation and thought leadership.
  • Improve content organization, searchability, and usability in the Seismic sales enablement and content management system; monitor customer-facing content usage, gather feedback, and recommend content to create, refresh, consolidate, or retire.
  • Set goals and success measures for assigned programs, report performance, and translate results into recommendations; stay current on content, social, advocacy, SEO, and B2B marketing trends.
  • Track and share industry statistics and news; collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, executive leadership, and subject-matter experts to turn business priorities into coordinated programs and content.
  • Build relationships, bring forward ideas, and own projects from strategy through execution and optimization.
  • Travel up to 10%, mainly for events.
