Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in food and beverage are required.
  • Six months of supervisor or management-level experience are required.
  • Passion for guest service is required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly and professionally is required.
  • A valid Food Handlers Card and Beverage Permit are required.
  • Ability to maneuver inside the restaurant and office to access food and beverage items, machinery, and other restaurant equipment is required.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment and restaurant equipment is required.
  • Ability to ascend and descend a ladder or stairs to service machinery, lights, and ceiling fans is required.
  • Ability to exchange accurate information while communicating with customers is required.
  • Ability to distinguish different tastes, including sweet and bitter flavors, is required.
  • Ability to work in a noisy and distracting environment is required.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure a culture of positivity and accountability.
  • Execute operational excellence in food service and guest experience.
  • Support operational, administrative, and facilities tasks for the restaurant and bar.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team and business operations.
  • Hire, train, and develop employees.
  • Utilize critical quality control points for menu items through expo and ensure timely delivery of food.
