Latino Network provides education and empowerment programs for the Latino community in Multnomah County. It runs activities that boost early literacy, involve parents, support high school students, and work with youth at risk, including those involved with gangs or adjudicated, while building leadership for youth and adults. Programs are grounded in Latino culture and practices and use community-led, collaborative approaches to help families participate in decisions that affect their lives. The goal is to lift up youth and families so they achieve educational and life success, improve community livability, promote civic participation, and advance social equity.
