  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field
  • 0-2 years experience in Salesforce
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new processes and procedures
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus
Responsibilities
  • Become subject matter expert for Sales Go-To-Market and Post Sales processes in Salesforce
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve problems reported by users
  • Manage and regularly review queue of system related requests
  • Optimize daily processes by developing and implementing automation solutions
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, and tech stack audits
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration
  • Present new processes and automations to Revenue Operations team
