About the Company

Luminance

AI-powered contract analytics and automation

Luminance offers a SaaS platform that handles contract and legal document management for law firms and corporate legal teams using a proprietary Legal-Grade AI built on a specialized legal LLM and a Mixture of Experts called the Panel of Judges. The platform analyzes documents to identify risks, extract key information, ensure compliance, and automate workstreams, with features such as AI-powered negotiation, an intelligent document repository, a legal-grade chatbot named Ask Lumi, and integration with tools like Microsoft Word. It differentiates itself by combining domain-specific AI with multiple specialized models instead of relying on a single general-purpose AI, enabling more accurate contract review and automation. Its goal is to streamline and accelerate legal work, reduce manual review, and improve accuracy across global corporate and law-firm customers.
