Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with construction equipment is preferred.
- Must have a commercial driver's license with hazardous materials endorsement.
Responsibilities
- Drive, maneuver, or control heavy machinery used to construct roads and other structures.
- Clean and maintain equipment, making basic repairs as necessary.
- Move levers, push pedals, or turn valves to control equipment, and drive and maneuver equipment.
- Coordinate machine actions with crew members using hand or audio signals.
- Fuel equipment, fill diesel exhaust fluid, grease machinery, and perform maintenance services on heavy machinery.
- Maintain knowledge of the company's values and strategic plan.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
