What believers are saying

  • 2026 added LISRAYA, Hepcludex, AVLAYAH, Epioxa, and LOARGYS, expanding therapy breadth.
  • February 2026 gene-therapy distribution for LYFGENIA, ZYNTEGLO, and SKYSONA deepens specialization.
  • ORBIT Track and PicnicHealth partnerships improve adherence data, strengthening pharma renewals.

What critics are saying

  • Revenue depends on sponsor wins; Priovant, Denali, and Gilead can re-tender quickly.
  • Rare-disease launches face safety and access friction; LISRAYA and LOARGYS carry serious warnings.
  • If a major gene-therapy sponsor internalizes distribution, Orsini's model loses its core moat.

What makes Orsini Healthcare unique

  • Orsini won exclusive pharmacy roles for AVLAYAH, LISRAYA, and Epioxa in 2026.
  • Its Neurology and Cell and Gene centers support 12 therapies after February 2026.
  • ORBIT Track gives partners real-time case visibility, tightening workflow switching costs.

Orsini partners with Priovant for first FDA-approved targeted dermatomyositis therapy LISRAYA

Orsini has been named a specialty pharmacy partner for Priovant's LISRAYA (brepocitinib), the first FDA-approved targeted therapy for dermatomyositis. The once-daily oral treatment is designed for adults with this rare autoimmune inflammatory disease. Dermatomyositis causes painful skin rashes, muscle weakness, and systemic complications including lung and cardiac disease. LISRAYA was tested in VALOR, the largest placebo-controlled dermatomyositis trial conducted, where patients showed improvement across disease measures including muscle strength and functional disability. "The approval of LISRAYA represents an incredible step forward for these patients," said Orsini CEO Brandon Tom. Priovant's Chief Operating Officer Daniel Herz-Roiphe noted the approval brings new hope to a population with previously limited treatment options. Orsini has provided rare disease pharmacy solutions since 1987.
