Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.

Operational efficiency improved dramatically, with 90% of new code in Q2 generated through automated AI tools. Zeta closed a new $1 billion credit facility for potential M&A and share repurchases. The company repurchased $29.9 million in shares during the quarter. Management projects political candidate revenue of $7 million for Q3 and $8 million for Q4.

Zeta Global beats Q2 revenue estimates with $442.8M, up 43.5% year-on-year despite stock drop

Zeta Global reported second-quarter revenue of $442.8 million, up 43.5% year on year and exceeding analyst estimates of $420.7 million by 5.2%. The marketing technology company posted GAAP earnings of $0.03 per share, significantly above the consensus estimate of -$0.03 per share. The company raised its full-year revenue guidance to $1.82 billion from $1.79 billion, whilst EBITDA guidance of $405.2 million surpassed analyst expectations of $397.4 million. Operating margin improved to 3.8%, up from -1.7% in the prior-year quarter. For the next quarter, Zeta Global projected revenue of $470.5 million, 2.1% above analyst forecasts. Despite the strong results, the company's stock declined following the announcement.

Zeta Global expects 36.4% revenue growth ahead of Q2 earnings report

Zeta Global will report its second-quarter earnings on Tuesday after market close. The marketing technology company is expected to post revenue growth of 36.4% year on year, an improvement from the 35.4% increase recorded in the same quarter last year. In the previous quarter, Zeta Global reported revenues of $396.3 million, up 49.9% year on year, beating analysts' expectations. The company has a history of exceeding Wall Street's forecasts. Analysts have largely reconfirmed their estimates over the past 30 days. Zeta Global's shares have declined 1.4% over the last month, whilst the broader sales and marketing software segment has seen share prices rise 2.7% on average. The stock currently trades at $21.49, compared to an average analyst price target of $28.68.

Zeta Global hires Intel and Synopsys veteran Trey Campbell as investor relations chief

Zeta Global has appointed Trey Campbell as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, effective 27 July 2026. Campbell brings nearly three decades of technology finance and investor relations experience, including positions at Synopsys, Luminar Technologies, and 22 years at Intel, where he spent nine years in investor relations. In his new role, Campbell will lead Zeta's investor relations strategy and serve as liaison to the investment community. He will report to Chief Financial Officer Chris Greiner. Campbell replaces Matt Pfau, who has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Most recently, Campbell served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and FP&A at Synopsys.

Zeta Global closes $1B credit facility to refinance debt and fund M&A

Zeta Global has closed a $1 billion credit facility to refinance its existing $550 million facility and reduce credit spreads. The new debt comprises a $250 million Term Loan A and a $750 million Revolving Credit Facility, which remains undrawn. The AI infrastructure company plans to use the facility for mergers and acquisitions, share repurchases, and general corporate purposes. Chief executive David Steinberg said the refinancing reduces cost of capital and strengthens liquidity whilst providing flexibility for pursuing acquisitions and executing share buybacks. BofA Securities served as Lead Arranger and Bookrunner, with Citi, JPMorgan, RBC Capital Markets, and Truist Securities as Joint Lead Arrangers.
