Requirements
  • Six to eight years of experience in business roles (client-facing roles in a startup or in the tech industry, in finance or in consulting), preferably in Sales or Account Management; graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school; fluent in French and English (written and spoken); based in Paris; able to autonomously manage projects from inception to completion; strong business sense and ability to quickly grasp needs, surpass goals, and close deals; analytical skills and comfort with analyzing data to inform decisions; high level of energy and ability to build relationships with new people; efficiency and ability to deliver on time with many stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing Account Management team; set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Support the team by participating in key negotiations with top partners; build strong and long-lasting relationships with partners (CMOs and senior marketing stakeholders across retail and e-commerce).
  • Define and own the team’s revenue targets and OKRs; partner with the VP Card-Linked to build quarterly plans and collaborate with internal teams to drive execution.
  • Ensure revenue operations processes (revenue forecasts, CRM management, etc.) are in place to grow with the right fundamentals; collaborate with Business Operations and Finance to develop and implement these processes.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects to improve partner value proposition, pricing models, and internal efficiency.

  • Knowledge of the media and adtech ecosystem is a plus.

It earns commissions through affiliate marketing when users make purchases via the app. The app is free for users and automatically calculates the carbon footprint of each transaction, encouraging more conscious consumption. How it works: users browse partners in the app, activate deals, and make purchases through affiliate links to get rewards; the platform tracks sales and credits cashback automatically to the user’s account. How it is different: it combines traditional cashback and coupon offers with real-time carbon footprint insights for each purchase, offering environmental visibility alongside savings, within a broad consumer market.
