It is part of a seven-year contract signed in early 2024, and it is the first of this scale to outsource digital workplace services at Orange Business. The migration took two years, starting with France and then moving to major service centres and the remaining countries. Employees now use a single portal for support, incident management, and device requests. The system runs on a ServiceNow IT service management platform, which replaced several legacy support chains with one operating model. The contract also includes carbon reporting and Green IT practices. Both companies are exploring generative AI uses.
