Responsibilities
  • Market analysis and research: Researching industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities to identify potential clients and areas for expansion. Identifying services that could be developed and offered by Laake GmbH to increase the market share and profitability of the company
  • Lead generation and prospecting: Prospecting and contacting potential new clients / business partners through phone, email, and networking events to gauge interest and secure meetings
  • Relationship building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders – maximising opportunities for referrals. Forming strategic business alliances. Attending networking events, trade shows, and other virtual and in-person events
  • Negotiation and closure: Negotiating business terms and closing deals with new and existing clients
  • Strategic planning: Creating and implementing business development strategies to meet long-term growth goals
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and management, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives, preparing presentations, sales pitches, and customized proposals to present to clients

CTB, Inc. designs, manufactures, and markets systems for farming, split into two groups: the Grain Group (grain storage, handling, and conditioning) and the Protein Group (poultry, pig, and egg production and poultry processing). Its products are sold through a global network of independent dealers to farmers and food processors, helping them improve efficiency and profitability. Jamie Trentz has been named LeMar Structural Engineer for Brock Grain Systems, according to Christian Wing, LeMar Engineering Manager for the CTB, Inc. business unit.
