Requirements
A Juris Doctor degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association is required.
Texas state bar certification is required.
Two to five years of personal injury experience or related legal experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is required.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently is required.
Organizational and planning skills, including time management and maintaining order, are required.
Responsibilities
Develop clients’ stories and work on cases for clients, protecting them from being taken advantage of by insurance companies.
Deliver strong job performance and provide service that leads clients to speak positively about the attorney and refer others.
Manage caseloads proactively and provide exemplary customer service to clients.
Provide strategic insights to help drive the business forward.
Lead, manage, and be accountable for a pod; develop and implement strategies to foster productive, positive relationships with the support team and align their work with company goals and objectives.
Advocate assertively on behalf of clients and pursue their goals.

Discover & Develop Client’s Story: Work on great cases for exceptional clients. Keep them from getting taken advantage of by insurance companies.

What We’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
State bar certification in Texas
2-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
Multitasking – the ideal candidate should excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be adept at prioritizing and managing various responsibilities efficiently.
Organizational skills and planning – Being organized is essential. The candidate should be a planner, able to adapt to structuring tasks, managing time, and maintaining order.

$100K - $200K base salary per year based on experience and potential.
