About the job
- Strong machine learning fundamentals.
- Current knowledge of agentic coding workflows.
- Full-stack experience with strong user interface and user experience judgment.
- Experience implementing cutting-edge large language models or shipping large language model products used by real users.
- Experience shipping products end-to-end and owning outcomes.
- Build live coaching by taking live video, pose, and sensor data from raw capture through real-time athlete feedback.
- Ship low-latency inference pipelines on smartphones and in the cloud.
- Productionize models from prototypes into containerized, versioned services.
- Build training data pipelines and evaluation systems that measurably improve coaching.
- Expand the product beyond golf into padel, tennis, and cricket.
- Ship live coaching from raw capture through model inference to athlete-facing feedback for at least 100,000 athletes.
- Reduce coaching feedback latency or improve feedback consistency.
- Develop and execute a thesis for the next highest-leverage model improvement.
- Tailor a demonstration for sports beyond golf, including padel, tennis, and cricket.
- Preference for candidates from top technical environments such as Stanford, Berkeley, Cal Poly, or Carnegie Mellon University.
