Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the annual operating plan for sales, profit, and trade management for Sprouts Farmers Market and the KEHE distributor.
  • Proactively monitor and update the customers’ overall business plan, including managing trade budgets, spending, and volume to achieve sales objectives versus plan through the e4 tool.
  • Initiate ideas with input from the broker partner and leverage Sales Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and brand teams to commercialize Natural Channel solutions for all delivery options.
  • Manage, communicate, and monitor the performance of the KEHE distributor.
  • Conduct category business strategy sessions covering the state of the business, consumer trends, key business drivers, and incremental opportunities, using Insight and Category Management resources as appropriate.
  • Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate promotional volume, consumption, profit, and spending results versus plan, and use the findings to maximize future opportunities.
  • Understand and implement Campbell’s brand strategies and tactics by working with customers’ key decision makers and using customer-specific data to drive solutions.
  • Develop accurate monthly forecasts by tracking shipments, consumption data, and inventory changes, and proactively identify risks or threats to monthly forecasts.
  • Sell in new items to customers and work with key customer personnel to achieve optimal distribution.
  • Attend key customer trade shows to present Campbell’s products for distribution in partnership with the broker.
  • Leverage Customer Marketing resources to develop and implement collaborative marketing programs aligned with brand and customer strategies, and track new-item and initiative development.
  • Identify profitable opportunities to grow incremental volume.
  • Manage trade funding in accordance with company standards.
  • Own customer sales and execution across the KEHE distributor network.
  • Drive distribution growth, shelf presence, and in-stock performance at Sprouts Farmers Market.
  • Lead execution in space-constrained retail environments by prioritizing brand blocking, off-shelf visibility, and points of interruption to maximize conversion.
  • Develop and execute promotional and pack strategies, including single price points, must-buy programs, bundles, and caddies, balancing retailer margin needs with shopper value perception.
  • Navigate channel and price architecture complexity while maintaining competitive Natural Channel strategies and minimizing internal channel conflict.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, and Field Sales to deliver repeatable execution standards across thousands of stores.
  • Monitor competitive activity at the local level and rapidly adapt selling and merchandising tactics to protect share in high-velocity environments.
  • Represent retailers and distributors in the territory by communicating operational realities, execution barriers, and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders.
