Requirements
  • Two to five years of experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written proficiency in French and English.
  • Comfort appearing on camera in both French and English as a content presenter for photo and video.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
  • Strong writing skills and knowledge of current social media trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate, solve problems, and take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects.
Responsibilities
  • Produce bilingual marketing content in English and French with the support of artificial intelligence tools to optimize campaign writing, creation, consistency, and performance.
  • Create organic content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
  • Review, edit, and proofread marketing communications for accuracy, style, and compliance with the brand voice.
  • Research and develop content ideas and video-series concepts while maintaining Structube's tone and brand image.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize web copy according to search engine optimization and large language model best practices.
  • Participate in developing photo and video shoots for proposed concepts, including script writing, moodboards, storyboards, and appearing in videos.
  • Act as a Structube ambassador in the company's video content.
  • Research current trends in design, fashion, and industry language, including trending keywords, and recommend content aligned with current trends and Structube's business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to plan content themes and marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams by preparing content briefs and reviewing produced creative materials.
  • Implement new growth strategies for social media and influencer and business partnerships.
  • Develop the content calendar for social platforms.
  • Participate in developing partnerships and sponsorship projects.
  • Coordinate marketing partnerships and maintain follow-up with active partners to ensure partnership conditions are met.
  • Plan and coordinate contests and events, ensuring legal compliance and proper prize distribution.
  • Establish objectives, key performance indicators for each platform, and growth and retention strategies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Analyze social media and marketing-content data to optimize performance and formulate recommendations and improvement and innovation opportunities.
  • Enter data and create performance reports for marketing communications.
